Yes — in-stock watches ship free from Texas in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5. Pre-order ship dates are printed right under the add-to-cart button. For a wedding, birthday, or Diwali, email veer@fateh.co with your date and we’ll make it work.
Your confirmation email has a “View your order” link — that’s the live status page, and it updates the moment your label scans. If you use the Shop app, it picks the package up and tracks it for you automatically. Anything that page can’t answer, email veer@fateh.co with your order number and I’ll look it up myself.
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange, and we send a prepaid label. Each watch can be returned or exchanged once — after an exchange a refund isn’t available, but the one-year warranty carries over in full to the watch you receive. The full policy is here.
