By accessing fateh.co and making a purchase, you agree to these terms. FATEH reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Products & Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product images are representative; slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings. All watches include a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty.

Orders & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders have an estimated dispatch date shown on the product page at the time of purchase, which is confirmed on your order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud.

Returns & Exchanges

Free returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn watches in the original box; we email a prepaid label. One exchange is available per order; an exchanged watch cannot be exchanged again or returned for a refund. Its original warranty continues. Read the full returns, exchange and warranty policy for the process and conditions. Unshipped preorders may be cancelled for a full refund.

All content on fateh.co — including images, text, logos, and watch designs — is owned by FATEH and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
