30-Day Returns

Not satisfied? Return your FATEH watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Return

1. Email veer@fateh.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Ship the watch back in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Condition

Watches must be returned in their original condition with all accessories (box, warranty card, polishing cloth). Watches with visible damage from misuse may not be eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges

Want a different culture variant or color? Contact us and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost (subject to availability).

1-Year Warranty

Every FATEH watch comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear, water damage beyond rated resistance, or damage from misuse.
