Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Returns

Not the right fit? Return or exchange your FATEH watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Those 30 days are the window to start your return (just email us); your watch doesn’t need to be back by then.

How to Return or Exchange

1. Email veer@fateh.co with your order number and what you’d like to do — refund, exchange, or replacement.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Ship within 14 days of receiving your label, in the original box with all accessories. Labels expire 14 days after we issue them, after which the sale is final.
4. Once your watch is received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different culture or color? We’ll arrange it at no exchange fee. A few specifics:

• We ship your new watch once your original is on its way back to us.
• Moving to a higher-priced model? You’ll pay the difference before it ships. Moving to a lower one? We refund the difference.
• An exchange is final — you may return or exchange a watch once, and a refund isn’t available after an exchange is completed. (If your new watch ever arrives faulty, it’s covered by your 1-year warranty.)

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo and we’ll send a replacement right away — as soon as your return is in transit, so you’re not waiting on the round trip. Warranty replacements are not eligible for a separate refund.

Pre-Orders

Ordered a pre-order watch that hasn’t shipped yet? You can cancel it any time before it ships for a full refund — no return needed.

Multi-Watch and Promotional Orders

• Each watch in a multi-watch order is handled as its own return or exchange.
• On a promotional order (such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free), a partial return is refunded at the actual price paid per watch after the promotion is recalculated — you can’t keep the free watch and also receive a full refund on the others.

Condition

Watches must be returned in original, unworn condition with all accessories and the original box (warranty card, polishing cloth). Watches with visible damage from wear or misuse may not be eligible for a full refund.

1-Year Warranty

Every FATEH watch comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear, water damage beyond rated resistance, or damage from misuse. Warranty replacements are not eligible for return or refund.

• Returns and exchanges apply to watches purchased directly from fateh.co.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
• Was it a gift? We can look up the order — refunds still go to the original purchaser’s payment method.
